Girls night out

Last Sunday a few friends of mine that I recently got reconnected again on Facebook went out to dinner.  Two of them live in this area but one was visiting from Florida. We had a lot of fun with loads of laughs.  We ate at Michael Jordan's 23 Sportcafe located in Uncasville at the Mohegan Sun Casino.

M.J's Wings

Grilled chicken sandwich
fried fresh mozzarella, balsamic glazed onions, pesto mayo and sweet potato fries

Rotisserie  1/2 chicken, garlic, lemon and mashed potatoes.

Grilled shrimp Martini and Caesar salad

We shared these delicious and very large desserts

Warm brownie sunday with white chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce

Crispy banana spring roll with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce

If your ever in this area and want to try this restaurant out here is the link..

We are in New Jersey..takes a few hours to trek up there, but worth it. We drive all the way to mystic for the pizza as well lol. Can you tell we LOVE to eat? We havent been up your way much lately, we have been going south to Atlantic City instead, but i would love to get up your way, and to lake george as well this summer.

omg YOURE KIDDING! I envy you..i absolutely LOVE mystic..ive been dragging my kids up there since they were toddlers. I havent been up there for a couple of years, they were still fixing up the storefronts from the fire...im assuming its all done now. I dont know if you have ever had the chance to visit New Hope PA at all, but it has the sort of feel to it, with maybe a little more "artsy" thrown in.

New Hope PA sounds awesome. I do love living in Mystic. Downtown is a few minutes away from my house. My hubby and I walk there and have lunch or dinner. It's a nice walk. I have a post about it on my blog.
