Super Bowl Sunday


We had a nice spread Superbowl Sunday. It was all quick and easy finger food with some nice diet munchies for me as well. I have been on the Weight Watchers program for about a little over a week and have been doing pretty good sticking to it. I saved up my points that day so I could snack a little more that night. One of the dips I made was very healthy and I also ripped up a WW pita pocket and used it along with veggies for dipping.



Black Bean Dip

one can of black beans

1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt

1 minced chopped garlic clove

one small can chopped chillies

1/4 cup salsa

a few sprinkles of hot sauce if needed

We also had shrimp and cocktail sauce, chicken strips, veggies and dip, chips and salsa, scallops and bacon and some other goodies..




My brother and his wife came and Chris ate with us in the beginning and Sean watched the game with everyone after he got off of work.








I messed around with my timer and for some reason the lighting was off with the picture when Sean came home..

We always have to keep our eyes on the little boogers. As you can see in the picture and from owning them yourself they are all about the food.
